How much did you put in?
The fish will probably pick/eat a lot of them off the gravel, but using a turkey baster is great for picking up any leftover food that remains uneaten from the gravel. |

IMHO that is way too much for the number of fish you have. As I mentioned before, it is better to cut a tiny bit of the frozen cube off with your fingernail (stick the rest of the cube back into the pack as it is still frozen) and let that little piece thaw out in a small container (I always used one of those little plastic medicine measuring cups) of tank water first, before adding it to the tank. That way you can also use tweezers or something similar to just feed one or two worms to the betta. By doing this you can monitor how much to feed the fish and if you don't think it is enough, then just cut off another tiny piece.
The cubes are very compact and contain quite of lot of worms in one cube, the fish won't eat all of them and most will fall into the substrate or else the fish will just gorge themselves silly, which can lead to serious problems. The same with the frozen BBS, I would take out a cube, hold it with tweezers and just put a corner section of it into the cup to thaw. A whole cube is too much. |
