Question Adding features to tank...what to wash hands with?

Hey guys.

Just wondering when adding plants etc to the active tank, what is better to wash hands with before putting them into the tank? I thought soap, but not sure what good that will do for the PH level :S ?

I would not use soap to wash my hands before putting them in the tank (only when I had finished playing around in it), just in case there was still some soap residue left on them. I would always just wash my hands really well in hot water only. Apart from the PH level, I would be more worried that any soap residue may kill the fish.
